Cassette Prints

Xsec Developments is my small cassette label releasing experimental music and sound collage on Bandcamp. This series documents the visual identity work created for the label—logo, album covers, and cassette prints.

Each piece begins as digital graphics, then gets machined into rubber stamps and hand-printed onto card stock, cassette sleeves, and the cassettes themselves. The hand-printing process leaves traces—registration shifts, ink variations—that become part of each piece.

The project emerged during the pandemic as a way to reconnect with printmaking while exploring cassette mastering and experimental music production.
